Troubleshooting

Arduino not found / wrong port

• Check Windows Device Manager for the COM port.
• Close Arduino IDE / other apps using the port.

Sensor reading stuck high/low

• Recheck LDR voltage divider wiring.
• Try changing ambient light or distance LED↔LDR.

Oscillations

• Reduce Kp and/or Ki.
• Add or increase filtering in the PI-with-filter script.
